Hello, it’s Brandon with another Mix minute, and today we’ll demonstrate how to speed up your vocal rider workflow!
When using multiple instances of vocal rider, it can slow down our workflow to route each audio source into each instance.
Instead, we can use a single “Ghost Rider” bus that sends no audio out to the master fader. The Ghost Rider’s job is to create a single routing point for all side chained audio that gets fed to Vocal Rider.
This saves setup time, and keeps you in the creative zone while mixing.
TOOLS USED:
– Waves “Vocal Rider”
Vocal tracks used with permission from the multitracks to Dressed In Electric’s “Pigasus”. Listen on Spotify!
