Mix Minute: The Helios Low End Trick!

Hello, it’s Brandon with another Mix minute, and today we’ll use the Kramer HLS to add low end to our drums!

Activating the 60 Hz band on HLS introduces a low frequency boost that was part of the original Helios channels circuitry. This boost appears even when the band is flat.

This can be used to add weight to the low end of drum shells, but can also be used on any source that needs some low end meatiness!
